Join us for our FREE Youth Workout class with Travis Connors! Travis integrates physical health with mental health awareness through his experiences in working with youth, as well being a professional trainer and former boxer! This class is beginner friendly, but can be scaled up to any level of fitness, regardless if you are a pro, or just starting out! Come join us for a fun evening of fitness!
